thoughts for week 6

week 1: sweets
week 2: chips (potato and corn)
week 3: peanut butter
week 4: granola & granola bars
week 5: cheese

I think for week 6 I am going to give up foods containing aspartame, including gum, many mints, diet soda/flavored water/diet tea. To have good breath im going to start using listerine strips. :)
