potato pancake
slice watermelon
handful grapes
slice pineapple

lunch:
6 inch subway: wheat bread, honey mustard, lettuce, banana peppers, tomatoes, pickles

dinner:
large homemade granola bar
peach
white cheese bagel with cream cheese
