day 6

bfast:
2 pancakes
maple syrup
2 tbs scrambled eggs
tbs strawberries

lunch:
2 white tortillas
3 handfuls cheese
cup mixed veggies
[to make quesadilla]
fruit/ nut mix--- handful

dinner:
piece veggie lasagna
apple

after dinner:
bowl frozen yogurt
